Most of the expensive roofing jobs we quote started life as small ones. A slipped tile in October becomes a stained ceiling by January, fresh plaster by March, and a contents claim by next winter. A failed felt flat roof holds water for a season, then rots the deck underneath. Once the deck's gone, you're not paying for a re-cover, you're paying for a rebuild.
We're not interested in scaring you up the ladder. We just want you to know what a free inspection actually saves you. Most of the time, the answer is "you've got five more winters, plan ahead." Sometimes it's "book it in for the spring." Occasionally it's "this needs sorting before the next storm." Either way, you'll know. The report's yours to keep, even if the work isn't.
